Confidentiality Policy Confidentiality is the cornerstone of a productive therapeutic and professional relationship with our clients. We will not release information about your status, affiliation with us, condition, etc. without your written consent. We understand the value of privacy and sense of safety that a confidential relationship affords. In the case of couples or marital therapy, both members of the relationship have the right to confidentiality and, therefore, must consent to the release of any records. Georgia law mandates that we must release information about a client in certain circumstances, including any situation where the client is in danger of harming themselves or someone else. There are a few other circumstances where limited information may be released, including:
